This app is only for Yardi Breeze clients.
The Yardi Breeze App gives clients a quick and easy way to track property maintenance work on their phone. With the app, you can:
. Enter new maintenance requests.
. Track and update existing maintenance requests.
. Complete unit inspections.
. Complete assigned tasks.
. Create new inspections and new task records.
For all the items listed above, you can easily add photos and notes from your phone.
